Fleetonomy.ai demonstrates autonomous delivery of military resupply

Autonomous Last Mile Resupply - a challenge everyone faces in diverse operational conditions. We at Fleetonomy.ai have experimented this together with Thales Defence, GRIFF Aviation AS, Avartek, HIPPO Multipower and Domo Tactical Communications (DTC) using autonomous unmanned aerial and ground vehicles e.g. UAVs and UGVs for tactical resupply missions. In the featured video all components of an autonomous fleet management solution, from software to physical, come together.

FortumGO demonstrating autonomy in 18km roadtrip in Helsinki assisted by remote driving from Fleetonomy.ai

Fleetonomy.ai took part in successfully demonstrating assisted remote driving with VTT autonomous driving solution in the FortumGo project. The 18km roadtrip from Helsinki/Vantaa airport to Pasila had the goal of showing the electrification, connectivity and automation of mobility. To see how autonomous and electric vehicles will influence traffic, reducing pollution and CO2 emissions. Therefore, as a forward-looking company, Fortum wants to be at the forefront of researching and creating sustainable, resource efficient solutions in this field.

Fleetonomy.ai demonstrates “Workhorse” operational fleet management for UAVs in the US

Fleetonomy.ai and its team of partners have been proud to have been part of the Autonomous Last Mile Resupply (ALMRS) challenge with the UK Defence Science & Technology Laboratory (Dstl), the Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) and the latest activities in a joint collaboration with the UK & US military teams. The trials took place in Michigan, US, during August 2019 and provided a full three weeks of intense testing and evaluation for our “Workhorse” software for operational fleet management of UAV fleets. Being part of the UK contingent was a privilege, and provided us and our partners with insight to the current and future challenges that defence teams are working to solve.

Fleetonomy make UAV History at SESAR GOF U-SPACE Trials

Fleetonomy.ai took part in the SESAR Joint Undertaking GOF U-SPACE project in August and achieved a milestone for the unmanned aviation industry.

Our integration with AirMap, gave the emergency services the ability to control the unmanned airspace and implement dynamic No Fly Zone capability, which automatically sends drones back to their home positions.

This achievement along with AirMap, went beyond expectations, as Fleetonomy and AirMap were only supposed to reach U-Space level 2 status, but were actually able reach U-space level 3 status, 2 years before the official timeline,

The hard work and dedication from the Fleetonomy.ai team helped make the GOF U-Space trials an overwhelming success.
